All internal structural mechanisms, extension hardware, reclining systems, and structural pergolas are covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years under normal intended usage. This guarantee excludes intentional overload, physical impact, or unauthorized structural modifications.
Powder Coat Finish & Environmental Resistance
Our proprietary multi-stage powder coating process is guaranteed against flaking, peeling, or major adhesion failure for 3 years. Minor weathering, exposure to extreme chemical cleaning agents, surface abrasions, or localized salt spray buildup without maintenance are not classified as material defects.

Natural Teak & Wood Aging
Grade-A teak contains natural oils that protect wood in harsh environments. Over time, outdoor exposure causes teak to weather naturally to a distinguished silver-grey patina. Micro-endgrain checks or small surface cracks may emerge due to humidity shifts. These natural occurrences do not compromise structural stability and are excluded from warranty claims.
General Exclusions & Limitations
This commercial warranty does not cover damage stemming from normal wear and tear, physical abuse, improper winter storage, lack of routine maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to harsh industrial chemicals. Discoloration resulting from dye lot shifts on non-concurrent orders is also excluded.
Commercial Claims Protocol & Liability Terms
Quality Assurance Claims Protocol
To initiate a warranty claim, trade clients and procurement teams must contact our Quality Assurance Center with proof of purchase and detailed visual documentation of the issue. Triconville reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace components with items of equal value and quality at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Seller's Liability
In no event shall Triconville be liable to any buyer or third party for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of revenue or project delays—arising from contract breach or product performance. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific goods.
